What a convention! I learned so much over the week, but one theme has really stuck out to me from all the lessons. The theme of teamwork. From simulations, to group activities, to the worship every morning, we all worked as a team and learned how to better function in that unit. It was quite the experience! Especially since most of my team members were total strangers! I learned so much about leadership and how to effectively communicate a message in large and small group settings. I'm so excited to take this back to the chapter and be able to work as a team with y'all! Let the games begin!!!
